Cesarica

Srdjan is from Dubrovnik and has been onboard Cesarica for 11 years, having progressed through roles including cruise director, deckhand, helmsman and first officer. He was mentored by the owner into a well-rounded Captain and is excellent at organizing guest outings and handling special requests. He is married with three children and speaks English.

Darko has been chef on M/Y Cesarica for two years and previously worked as a chef on other Adriatic charter boats. He focuses on Dalmatian, hearty cuisine using locally sourced ingredients, with fresh fish and local meats featured in the summer menu. He speaks English.

Dario has worked on M/Y Cesarica for eight years and is very experienced at sea, acting as the captain's right-hand man. He is married to the owner's daughter and speaks basic English.

Daniel has worked on charter boats for four years and this is his second year on M/Y Cesarica. He is described as very friendly and speaks fluent English.

Marina is the chief stew who, together with the Captain, ensures clients have a lovely time onboard and maintains the boat's presentation. She previously worked as a hostess/stew on a number of local vessels and is highly experienced and well trained. She speaks fluent English.

Jadran has worked on Croatian charter boats for the past 15 years and has been around boats his whole life. He is described as a hard worker, friendly, and speaks English.
