Corsario

Jure is from the fishing and shipbuilding village Milna on the island of Brač and has spent over 25 years working at sea, progressing from cargo ships to captaining yachts. He is a skilled craftsman who loves fishing and guiding guests to secluded bays, often providing fresh-caught fish and calamari.

Luka is an accomplished chef from Omiš with years of international and fine-dining restaurant experience, later serving as head chef in an exclusive hotel before joining Corsario. He has been with the yacht for several years and in October 2024 won 2nd place at the CROYA Chef’s Competition.

Dario is the warm, witty Chief Steward and barman known for excellent wine knowledge, cocktail skills and attention to service detail from his background in five-star hotels and fine dining. He is a repeat guest favorite, organises themed nights and won 1st place at the Designer Water Competition (CROYA) in 2024.

Ivana is a talented pastry chef with extensive international experience and education who has worked with Corsario previously as a sous chef and has now joined full time. Her warm, smiley personality complements the galley and brings elevated dessert and pastry offerings to charter menus.

Tonći, born on the island of Hvar, is a versatile bosun responsible for deck cleanliness, navigation operations, water toys and dinghy transfers. He sails on large explorer ships during the winter and this is his fourth year on Corsario.

Nensi provides warm, attentive interior service with a focus on housekeeping, cabins and laundry, and brings charm through thoughtful details. She enjoys dancing, music and extreme sports such as climbing, and is a valued member of the team.

Ana is an enthusiastic, guest-focused stewardess with a passion for hospitality, travel and the sea, committed to delivering seamless five-star service. She maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and discretion while fostering a warm onboard atmosphere.

Marin is the youngest crew member and a hardworking deckhand in his third year sailing and second season on Corsario; he helps with water toys, navigation and exterior maintenance. Humble and eager to learn, he aspires to become a captain in the future.

Ante is an experienced deckhand with over six years in yachting who brings enthusiasm for watersports, travel and teamwork. He is proactive, enjoys running and gym training, and has trained in rowing with consistent results.
