Rara Avis

Časlav is an experienced captain with over a decade at sea who progressed from sailor to captain after finishing school. He is known as a friendly, attentive host who takes his role seriously and aims to provide guests with a memorable cruise. In his free time he enjoys the mountains and spending time with his family.

Filip is a seasoned captain from Split with extensive experience commanding motor sailing yachts and mini cruise ships along the Adriatic and worldwide. He has strong leadership and management skills, notable career highlights on several vessels, and awards for crew performance. His qualifications include officer of the navigational watch (500 GT+) and Yacht-Master Category B.

Roko is the youngest crew member and a hardworking deckhand who graduated from maritime school in Split and is continuing his maritime education. He is gaining hands-on experience onboard, enjoys playing football in his free time, and speaks English.

Matelj (born 2000) trained as a marine engineering technician and has prior experience working on deck and as a waiter on charter vessels. He is eager to learn, performs duties with a positive attitude, volunteers with the local fire department, and enjoys fishing in his free time.

Kristian is a hospitality professional and former professional basketball player who brings years of waiter and barista experience from acclaimed Croatian venues. Described as a great team player who is hardworking and easygoing, he enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends.

Marko is a gifted chef from Sinj with experience in well-regarded a la carte restaurants and on yachts, specialising in rustic meat and fish dishes with modern presentation. He takes pride in food decoration and is open to guest menu suggestions to enhance the cruising dining experience.

Mirna began her career in food service and artisanal ice cream production and later studied graphic design, developing strong technical and customer service skills. She is described as communicative, adaptable and highly motivated, with experience in sales, supply management and artisanal production.
