Srdjan is a passionate sailor who completed his safety training and certificates at the Maritime School in Split and holds the highest international certificates for his position. He spent over nine years working on yachts and passenger ships, including time as a deckhand aboard Aixaia and as first officer on Navilux, and now returns to OMNIA as Captain. Srdjan is known for his relaxed, friendly nature and dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience and crew atmosphere.

Pave is a highly experienced chef with nearly 30 years in restaurants, hotels, cruise ships and luxury yachts, with a strong passion for Mediterranean cuisine. He focuses on healthy local ingredients presented with creative flair and has leadership experience managing galley operations. Pave is highly motivated, hardworking, a team player and speaks fluent English as well as Croatian.

Mirela is a trained yacht chef with formal culinary education and strong experience in charter-focused service, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients. Her skills include menu planning and adapting dishes to guest preferences and dietary requirements, and she is valued for flexibility and attention to detail. Mirela is fluent in English and Croatian and has conversational Spanish (B1).

Bruno has worked on both sailing and motor yachts and served as engineer cadet and 4th engineer on commercial tankers, gaining hands-on experience in engine overhauls and machinery maintenance. He holds multiple STCW certifications including advanced tanker training and engine room simulator qualifications. Bruno is fluent in English, solution-focused and ensures reliable engine performance and smooth technical operations on board.

Vedran is a skilled and enthusiastic deckhand with solid technical expertise and a passion for the sea, bringing professional experience and a background in fishing equipment production. Raised in a maritime environment, he is dedicated, family-oriented and values guest interaction, focusing on kindness and attention to create a welcoming atmosphere. He enjoys football, hiking and fishing in his free time.

Ivan graduated from Maritime School and has over six years of sea experience, working across mooring and daily ship tasks with diligence and a team-player attitude. He brings a cheerful, positive approach and is keen to learn and progress, aspiring to become a captain. Outside of yachting he enjoys spending time in nature and staying active with running and swimming.

Daniela is a trusted Chief Stewardess known for warm communication and genuine passion for guest service, prioritizing guest comfort and attention to detail. She has a strong guest-service background and continually seeks to refine her skills, contributing to positive guest experiences. Daniela is fluent in English and German and enjoys gardening, fitness, hiking, reading and writing.

Stjepan is an experienced interior steward who has worked on private yachts and passenger vessels, performing interior duties, guest service and specialty tasks like barista and wine service. Calm and attentive, he adapts to guest preferences and maintains high standards in collaboration with the interior team. He is proficient in coffee, wine and cocktail service and enjoys hiking and staying active.

Petra is a focused and attentive stewardess with a strong background in tourism and hospitality, bringing adaptability and confidence to onboard service. She believes service should be relaxed yet professional, emphasizing small thoughtful gestures that leave lasting impressions. Outside of work she enjoys hiking and photography.

Petra is a dedicated interior stewardess who creates a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere and ensures guests feel comfortable and well looked after. With a hospitality background including passenger ships and service roles, she has strong organization and teamwork skills and takes pride in helping to create memorable moments on board. She enjoys spending time in nature and socializing with friends.
