Yiannis TzortzisCaptain

Yiannis Tzortzis is a captain with over 30 years of sailing experience and more than 20 years as a professional skipper in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. He holds RYA/MCA Yachtmaster status along with multiple safety and medical certifications and has a background in mechanical engineering; he is also a certified Cessna 172 pilot. Yiannis is dedicated to safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Emilia SotiriouChef

Emilia Sotiriou has worked as a yacht chef since 2019 and placed third in the Category A chef competition at the 2022 Mediterranean Yacht Show. She is known for creating tailored menus, providing excellent customer service and bringing a strong passion for travel and culinary creativity to guests onboard.
