Meet the Crew
Evangelos ChatzigiannakoudisCaptain

Evangelos is a dedicated seaman with 25 years of experience, having started his career on commercial and cruise ships before moving into yachting. He holds a Commander Class A Master diploma, an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Ocean certificate and a skipper’s license since 1998; safety-conscious and fluent in Greek and English, he enjoys surfing, spearfishing and cycling.
George GouriotisEngineer

George is a skilled marine engineer from Greece (born 1994) with mechanical engineering training and hands-on experience across luxury yachts, LNG carriers and bulk carriers. He specialises in dry dock operations, safety procedures and engine-room resource management and holds certifications in advanced firefighting, survival craft operation and tanker proficiency.
Christos GrigoriouChef

Christos is a certified and creative chef from Samos (born 1993) trained at the Sivitanidios Institute with strong experience in Japanese and Asian cuisine, TV cooking shows and head-chef roles. He recently transitioned into yachting and blends Mediterranean freshness with international influences to deliver tailored, memorable dining experiences.

Melina is a poised hospitality professional with experience in luxury accommodation, administration and client services, including work in diplomatic and upscale settings. Known for her attention to detail, discretion and calm efficiency under pressure, she creates a welcoming and refined onboard atmosphere.
Olga KazantziStewardess
Olga is a young, enthusiastic stewardess (born 2005) studying Shipping at Metropolitan College with hospitality and customer-service experience. She is service-oriented, trained as a barista and brings energy, attention to detail and a willingness to learn to the crew.
Alexandros SouliesDeckhand

Alexandros began his yachting career in 2008 after a hospitality background and has progressed to Bosun, serving on several super- and megayachts. He holds a powerboat license, PADI diving certification and STCW deck officer qualifications and speaks Greek and English.
