Meet the Crew
Jordan ArzoglouCaptain

Jordan is a Greek-born captain (b.1998) who trained at Leonteios Private French-Hellenic High School and is proficient in English and French. He holds a skipper's license and has worked for four years as a charter captain on 40–56 ft catamarans, having progressed from deckhand to skipper. Jordan enjoys open-sea sailing, free diving, spearfishing, SCUBA diving, kayaking and hiking, and focuses on providing safe, hospitable charters.
George AntonopoulosChef

George is the talented chef aboard Serenissima with experience in restaurants across Greece since 2015, including Mykonos, Paros and Athens. He specializes in refined Mediterranean dishes and contemporary Asian-inspired cuisine, emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. George tailors menus to guest preferences and speaks Greek and English.
Eleni EvangelouStewardess/Deckhand

Eleni (b.2000) is a Stewardess/Deckhand with a Master's degree from the Merchant Marine Academy who joined the yachting industry in 2022. She is versatile in both interior service and deck duties, combining disciplined maritime training with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Eleni is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, safe and enjoyable experience for guests and speaks Greek and English.
