Chef Dimitris is a creative culinary professional with over a decade of experience in high-end restaurants and luxury hospitality. A Le Monde Culinary School graduate from Athens, he specializes in Italian and Japanese cuisine and focuses on quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and tailoring menus to guest preferences.

Marios is an experienced and reliable Chief Officer with nearly 15 years of combined hospitality and yachting experience. Born and raised in Athens, he oversees exterior operations, manages water toys, and is known for his calm demeanor, technical knowledge and ability to create a welcoming onboard environment.

Foteini is a dedicated Chief Stewardess with over a decade in hospitality and yachting, originally from Athens. Holding a Silver Service certificate, she is detail-oriented, discreet, and leads interior operations with strong organizational skills while providing high-standard guest service.

Faidra is an enthusiastic and motivated stewardess currently studying for a Bachelor of Laws at Oxford Brookes University. With management experience at Coffee Academy in Athens and fluency in English and Greek, she brings strong organization, communication skills and a client-first mindset to service onboard.
Nikolaos LeontisDeckhand

Nikolaos is a disciplined and adaptable deckhand born in Attica in 1998, with prior experience aboard motor yachts and a diploma in Physical Therapy. He holds a speedboat operator’s license, driving licenses, is fluent in English and is committed to developing his maritime skills and professionalism.
Dimitrios DaglasBosun

Dimitrios is a skilled Bosun with over four years of yachting experience and a broad set of maritime certifications including watchkeeping, advanced life-saving and speedboat operation. He is proficient in tender driving, water sports operations, exterior maintenance and guest safety, bringing technical knowledge and a proactive attitude to deck management.
